Change
Add offline movement illustrations for all 44 built-in exercises, with play/pause, restart, repetition scrubbing, and 0.5× / 1.0× / 1.5× speed controls. Exercise details contain the player; active workouts open a full Exercise guide page with native Back navigation.
The actual Flutter UI follows the approved visual concept: curved outlined body segments, highlighted target regions, outlined weight plates, and prominent violet playback controls. Optional photo references appear together in a separate panel, with expandable technique instructions below. View the actual Flutter render.
Playback starts paused and stops on backgrounding, route changes, and leaving the enclosing scroll viewport. Reduced motion preserves manual inspection; plank shows a static hold. Unknown and custom exercises show an unavailable state.
Six exact variants retain bundled instructions and two curated photos each. Photos download individually or through Profile → Download all exercise guides, with private offline caching, timeout and retry support. Cached photos are excluded from backups. Animation playback needs no network or additional media dependencies.
